Cooking demonstration at RMIT this Friday the 3rd

I volunteer every Tuesday at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University Student Union (RUSU) Realfoods Café. I also recently developed an environmental management system for the café as part of assignment on environmental management unit.

As an organic vegan outlet, Realfoods Café strives to source fresh produce from sustainable farming practices; use certified organic, local seasonal produce; achieve a close-loop food system for the café while providing fresh, nutritional, wholesome and affordable organic food to the RMIT community; and reduce its carbon footprint through procurement from sustainable farming practice. 

I will be giving a cooking demonstration at Realfoods Café this Friday from 11h30 to 12h30, and I will showing how to make kimchee from scratch and zucchini spaghetti with tahini sauce.

 Very excited!
