My Big Vegetarian Breakfast

Scrambled organic eggs topped with grated organic cheddar and a generous serving of organic baked beans with organic tomatoes and avocado on the side. Served with organic butter on organic sourdough toast and fake Sanitarium bacon, and washed it down with a mug of single origin fair trade organic coffee with Bonsoy – my big vegetarian breakfast. Yummo scrummo!

It might cost a bit more for my wallet but not for mother earth. I avoided pesticide, herbicide and petroleum-based fertiliser from being sprayed into the earth that would have leached into our waterways and contributed to soil degradation.
